Can subscribed members get an invoice?

We currently support issuing proforma invoices.

You can contact us via email at PicCopilot@aliexpress.com to request invoices monthly, or request a consolidated invoice after a period. Requests are usually processed and sent to you within 2-3 business days.

However, please note that for new members making their first top-up, you will need to wait until the 7-day trial period ends before applying for an invoice.

When applying for an invoice, please provide the following information:

1. Country/Region

2. Company Address

3. Company Name

4. Screenshot of the order page (Order number)

5. Pic Copilot Account

6. Company Tax ID
