How to Request an Invoice?

1. Supported Invoice Types
   We currently provide proforma invoices, which serve as valid documentation for your membership subscription payment records, facilitating company reimbursement or financial record-keeping.
2. Invoice Request Process

• Please contact us via email at PicCopilot@aliexpress.com to submit your invoice request.
• You can choose to request invoices monthly, or submit a single request for all invoices accumulated over a specific subscription period. Please arrange this flexibly according to your needs.
• We will process your request within 2-3 business days of receiving it, issue the invoice, and send it to your registered email address or a specified email address.

3. Special Note for New Members

• If you are a new member making your first payment, please note that you must wait until after the 7-day free trial period ends before submitting your invoice request; invoices cannot be issued prematurely during the trial period.

4. Information Required
   To ensure the accuracy of your invoice, please provide the following detailed information when submitting your request:

• Your Country/Region
• Company Address
• Company Name
• Screenshot of the order page (must clearly show the order number)
• Pic Copilot Account
• Company Tax ID

• Incorrect Invoice Details: To prevent errors in invoice issuance due to incorrect information, please carefully verify the details provided during your application.
• Processing Time: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If you urgently need an invoice, please submit your request as early as possible.
