What to do if your payment fails?

There could be several reasons:

• Network error preventing the transaction – Please check your network connection and try again later.
• Insufficient balance in the selected payment method – You may need to check if your balance is sufficient (amounts displayed on the page are in USD).
• You may have multiple payment windows open, and one transaction has already been completed – Please check if the payment has already been deducted from your account. Then, close all payment pages, reopen Pic Copilot, and check your membership status.
