Eligibility
Users who subscribe to annual Pro+ Plan or annual Pro Plan during the event period- Users who upgrade from lower tiers to annual Pro+ Plan or annual Pro Plan during the event period
Upgrade Rules
- In PicCopilot, upgrading to any Plan only requires paying the price difference
- Reward Pcoins for the new Plan will be distributed after upgrade
- Plan and Pcoins renewal/expiration cycles will be recalculated based on the new Plan effective date
- Differential upgrades are also eligible for Pcoins rewards (e.g., upgrading from monthly Pro Plan to annual Pro+ Plan earns 4000 Pcoins)
Reward Criteria
- Based on the final upgraded Plan level
- New subscription or upgrade to annual Pro+ Plan: 4000 Pcoins
- New subscription or upgrade to annual Pro Plan: 500 Pcoins
Participation Restrictions
- Example: User upgrades from monthly Pro Plan to annual Pro Plan → Gets 500 Pcoins The same user later upgrades from annual Pro Plan to annual Pro+ Plan → No additional Pcoins reward

Pcoins Policy and Validity Period
Distribution Time
- Automatically credited within 48 hours after plan upgrade
- Validity: Gifted Pcoins valid for 12 months
- Non-receipt handling: If Pcoins not received within 48 hours, please contact customer service: PicCopilot@aliexpress.com
New User Policy
- Trial period: New users' first subscription supports 7-day no-reason refund
- Refund impact: If refund is chosen, corresponding gifted Pcoins will expire and be reclaimed simultaneously
