TL;DR: Automatic payment receipts are emailed directly from Stripe (search your inbox/spam for "NEURALNETICS PTE. LTD."). For formal B2B tax invoices, email support@piccopilot.com with your company details.

PicCopilot sends automatic payment receipts via email after each transaction. These are processed and sent by our payment gateway (Stripe) under our official merchant name.

How to Request a Formal Tax Invoice

The transaction date and exact amount charged

Our billing team will manually generate and reply with your PDF invoice within 2–3 business days.
