Can I change the email address associated with my member account?

Currently, Pic Copilot does not directly support modifying or changing the email address linked to your membership account. However, if you need to change your email, you can follow these suggested steps:

Solution for Changing Your Email Address

While the email address associated with your membership account cannot be directly modified, you can still continue to enjoy your membership benefits by following these steps with a new email account:

1. Cancel Auto-Renewal

• Log in to your current member account and find the subscription management function on the "Subscription Center" page (usually located in the left-hand menu bar).
• Follow the prompts to cancel the automatic renewal subscription for your original account, ensuring that your current account's membership service will not be charged further.

2. Register a New Email Account and Activate Membership

• Register a new Pic Copilot account using your new email address.
• In your new account, select and activate a membership service to continue enjoying your membership benefits.

• If you have remaining unexpired benefits within your current membership cycle, you can continue to use your original account until the service period ends before making this change.
