If you are experiencing distorted logos, extra limbs on models, or task failures, follow this strict troubleshooting path:

Verify your source image quality: The AI relies entirely on your input. Ensure the product photo is well-lit, high-resolution, and has a clean or transparent background.
Remove fine text and complex logos: AI video models struggle with exact text replication. If text is heavily distorted, upload a version of the product without text, and add the logo later in post-production.
Switch templates: Certain templates are optimized for specific product categories. If a formal wear template distorts a casual accessory, change the template style.
Check your Pcoin balance: Generation will immediately fail if you have less than 10 Pcoins in your account.
Regenerate the task: AI rendering includes randomness. If a model generates with an unusual pose or extra fingers, simply hitting "Regenerate" with the same settings will often yield a corrected result.

If your generation fails and displays a task code, do not delete the task. First, wait 5 minutes and try again (temporary server timeout). If it fails twice, email support@piccopilot.com and include the exact Task Code so our engineers can investigate the server logs.
