I bought the wrong plan, how do I change it?

We support immediate membership upgrades, but instant downgrades are not currently supported.

• If you are upgrading from a Personal Pro to an Advanced Pro plan, the credits from the upgraded subscription will be immediately added to your account after paying the price difference.
• If you need to downgrade from an Advanced Pro to a Personal Pro plan, please select a new membership plan in the Subscription Center. The newly selected plan will become effective after your current plan's validity period expires.

If you selected a plan that doesn't match your needs when purchasing your membership, there's no need to worry. Pic Copilot supports flexible upgrades and, in specific cases, can offer adjusted solutions. Here are the steps and important notes for changing your membership plan:

Change Rules: The Difference Between Upgrades and Downgrades

1. Immediate Membership Plan Upgrades Are Supported

• If you wish to upgrade from your current membership plan to a higher tier (e.g., from Pro to Pro+), Pic Copilot supports immediate upgrades.
• After upgrading:

• You only need to pay the price difference, not the full amount again.
• The credits and premium benefits gained from the upgraded subscription will be immediately added to your account and are ready for immediate use.

2. Immediate Downgrades Are Not Currently Supported

• If you wish to downgrade from your current plan to a lower tier (e.g., from Pro+ to Pro), Pic Copilot does not currently support immediate downgrades.
• Downgrade rules for membership plans:

• The newly selected plan (the downgraded option) will become effective after your current plan's validity period expires. Your existing membership benefits will continue until their expiration; no refunds or feature adjustments will occur prior to that.
