What is Auto-Renewal?

  • Auto-renewal is a smart subscription feature that ensures your membership benefits continue seamlessly into the next billing cycle without requiring manual re-subscription after the current subscription period ends, thereby allowing you to continuously enjoy membership services.
  • Through auto-renewal, users can avoid service interruptions due to membership expiration, making it especially suitable for those who require long-term access to membership features.

  • During the membership subscription process, Pic Copilot clearly indicates that by activating your membership, you agree to the auto-renewal terms.


How to Cancel Auto-Renewal?

Pic Copilot always respects your right to choose and allows you to easily disable the auto-renewal feature at any time. The specific steps are as follows:

Method: Cancel Auto-Renewal in the Subscription Center

  1. Log In to Your Account
  • Log in to the Pic Copilot platform using your account.
  1. Go to the Subscription Center Page
  • Navigate to your Account Settings, find the “Subscription Center,” where your membership status and renewal information are displayed.
  1. Locate the Auto-Renewal Cancellation Option
  • On the page, you will find a “Cancel Auto-Renewal” button. Clicking this button will immediately cancel your auto-renewal setting.
  1. Confirm Successful Cancellation
  • Once the auto-renewal feature is disabled, the “Cancel Auto-Renewal” option on the left side of the page will disappear and be replaced with your “Membership Expiration Date.”
  • If your subscription information only shows the expiration date without a renewal status, it means you have successfully canceled auto-renewal.
