Do subscribers receive invoices?

Yes, Pic Copilot supports the issuance of proforma invoices for our members. To obtain one, please follow the guidelines below:

How to Request an Invoice?
Please send the following information to PicCopilot@aliexpress.com:

• Your Account: Registered email for Pic Copilot.
• Order Details: A screenshot of the order details page (must clearly show the Order ID). For multiple orders, please provide screenshots or a clear list of all Order IDs.
• Entity Details: Country, Full Company Name, and Registered Business Address.
• Tax Information: Company Tax ID (VAT/GST number).

Once submitted, the invoice will be sent to your email within 10 business days.

Important Notes！！！

• New Members: For first-time subscribers, you must wait until the 7-day trial period has ended before applying for an invoice.
• One-Time Issuance: Invoices can only be issued once per order. Please double-check all information before submission to avoid errors.
• Processing Time: Processing may take longer during peak periods. If you need the invoice urgently, please submit your request as early as possible.
